Poetry about emotions

Happiness
Happy is yellow
It tastes like triple chocolate cake
Happy is the smell of lovely roses
and sounds like beautiful music and nice drum beats
Happy looks like a nice sunny day
Being happy feels good.

Fear
Fear is black and white as haunted houses
It tastes like  blood and ash from a volcano erupting
Fear is the smell of smelly rat pie or burnt roast
and sounds like a smelly cooking pot
fear looks like scary monsters
fear is cold
By Lucas

Anger
anger is red
It tastes like tomatoes
anger is the smell of burning pepper
and sounds like squishing apples
anger looks like red fire with flame
anger is tense
by kurtis

Happiness
Happy is orange
It tastes like happy people
Happiness is the smell of a tasty apple
and sounds like people laughing out loud
Happiness looks like a happy puppy
Happy is hot

Fear
fear is black streets
It tastes like a dark, gloomy night
fear is the smell of blood dripping from the wall
and sounds like people screaming for help
fear  looks like  blood on gllomy streets
a darky gloomy night is a rotten lemon
by Tremaine

Happy
Happy is blue like the sky
It tastes like eating marmite and cottage cheese
Happiness is the smell of friends playing
and sounds like a game of rugby
Happiness looks like playing a rugby game
Being happy is exciting

Robot Rampage by Hunter

Robot Rampage
One day there was a boy called Hemi. His Dad said “You have to mow the lawns or you won’t get any pocket money.”
He absolutely hated mowing the lawn so he made a robot to do it for him.

He was relaxing on his chair and he fell asleep. When he woke up he heard screaming. He ran to the gate and saw the robot was mowing people’s lawns. He was leaving gigantic craters of grass all around the place.

He was cutting people’s hair so they were bald- even girls.

So Hemi had to go on the rampage to catch the robot.

Chapter 2. Did the robot destroy the world or was Hemi a hero?

The bus stopped.  We stepped  out of the bus And followed  Deglan’s grandma . We walked on top of stone we walked into a cover it was like a dome. We waited and waited a lady called Meredith.

She took us to a class we sat down we learnt about flowers. We learnt about sticky stigmas and anthers. We waited and waited. After we learnt we went out the back door.
I stood next to Hunter we got our flower pots and put some soil in the pot then put a seed in the soil and covered it up with soil. Then put my pot in a gray tray.
Then when everybody was finished me, Hunter, Keri and macy we had to wear a rose, a hat and gloves. Everyone else had bees and butterflies.
They came four by four putting these yellow pollen things on our heads.

Then it was lunch we munched  on our lunch. Me, Hunter and a few  boys played man Hunt and I hid near  a pond thingy.
Then me and Deglan ran back. Then we started walking around. We fed the ducks and they ate all of it. Then  we saw a eel. We tried to  smack it! It we saw a little tunnel.
After the food was all gone we walked up the hill and before went to the kids bit. We walked to the bus. We sat down. I looked out the window  on the way back.
When we got back I ran to my mums car.  We had to go get the puppies from the vets. Then I told mum about my day at the gardens.   We had  a fun Day.

Botanical gardens by Kurtis
At the botanical gardens my favourite thing was the jungle.
We   did lot of interesting things there.
Like  when you look at your flower and you can
See it on a tv screen. We did pretty much every thing there. We did lifecycles and we made our own flower and we learned some stuff about flowers. I learned about flowers that they have a sticky stigma, anther and a petal. Some flowers smell really good. The tulip, pink and delicate waving in the silky wind.

The botanical gardens was lot of fun.
